Cancellation policy for each experience is clearly stated on the experience details when booking.
Cancellation policy may vary from 1 day to 3 days. It is the users responsibility to be aware of the cancellation policy of the experience they are booking. Users may cancel their bookings before a experience. If the cancellation is done before the cancellation period specified by the experience operator, a full refund will be given.
If the cancellation is done during the cancellation period, no refund will be given. To cancel a experience, a user can log into their profile and go to the reservations section where they have the option to cancel a experience.
Users will be offered a full refund if their cancellation is done before the cancellation period specified in the experience they have booked.
Depending on the bank, a refund can take up to 2 weeks. In case no refund is received after this period, please send an email to info@tastecapade.com with a subject line of "No Refund" and we will get back to you with an update within 24 hours of the email.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
